There's a mixture of fitness. Everyone works at their own pace and whatever you do...that's what counts. As long as you do your best, that's all that matters!
It's a lovely, lovely environment to come to. The women are very encouraging. Everyone encourages you to come along, speeds you on, guides you and helps you.
